Guangzhou Zheminghui Technology Co., Ltd. was established on August 8, 2016, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million and paid-up capital of RMB 35.8118 million. The company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Guangdong Province Specialized, Fine, Distinctive, and Innovative SME, a Gazelle Enterprise in the Guangzhou Development Zone, one of the first green energy enterprises in the Guangzhou Development Zone, and among the first batch of “industry–university–research” collaboration enterprises in Guangdong Province. It boasts a professional design team and primarily engages in the investment, construction, and operation & maintenance management of wind and solar power generation projects, energy storage systems, charging stations, and steel structure projects. The company holds a Grade II General Contracting License for Power Engineering Construction, a License for Installation (Repair, Testing) of Power Facilities (Grade III for Installation, Repair, and Testing), a Grade II Specialized Contracting License for Steel Structure Engineering, a Safety Production License, and certifications under quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management systems. The company has jointly developed a flexible mounting system with renowned universities, enabling versatile applications in aquaculture‑solar, agriculture‑solar, and livestock‑solar settings. This solution enhances site and space utilization while addressing the challenge of certain buildings that cannot accommodate photovoltaic installations due to structural constraints.

The company boasts extensive, professional experience in project management and operations, with exceptional team‑working capabilities. It has successfully delivered numerous high‑quality, benchmark‑setting projects, including: GAC Passenger Cars’ 38 MW distributed photovoltaic project; GAC Toyota’s five‑line rooftop 29 MW distributed PV project; GAC Honda’s factory capacity‑expansion 22.83 MW distributed PV project; GAC Components Industrial Park’s 7 MW distributed PV project; XPeng New Energy in Zhaoqing’s 22 MW distributed PV project; the first phase of the BaoBi XPeng project at 7.45 MW and the second phase at 9.8 MW; the Guangzhou XPeng Automobile Base’s 18.37 MW distributed PV project; the Xinfeng Agricultural Complementary 9.788 MW distributed PV project in Shaoguan; the Southern Logistics Park’s 6 MW distributed PV project; the Nacin 200 MW integrated solar‑storage project in Shangsi, Guangxi; the Hualan 300 MW agri‑photovoltaic‑storage integration project in Shangsi; and the 200 MW ground‑mounted photovoltaic power plant in Lianzhou, Qingyuan. To date, the company has completed EPC turnkey contracts totaling 1,120 MW, energy storage systems amounting to 262 MW/524 MWh, supplied photovoltaic carport structures for 116 MW, and provided PV mounting structures for 532 MW.
